I've used this for over 4-5 years. It's been repaired several times so it's on it's last legs. I really like the red espresso capsule and the small cup setting. sometimes i go big cup and let it cool and pour over some ice. the frother i didn't touch til like a year ago or so.

I bought some other stuff recently and found out I'm really bad at brewing my own cup. millenial probz!

I kinda want this:

because i want to try this:

Only in the morning....the rest of the day is brewed coffee from a Bun in the coffee bar at work.....and tetley with carbreduced milk in the evening.
folgers that's what my stepmom used to buy for me in college. the green one though. i remember i also gave her a list for a fully stocked bar. i didn't live that story down for a few years.

french press is the most tourist friendly right? i mean i remember my dad used to bring those things to the beach. i think the place we went to either stepped up their morning coffee game or we use the same french press we left there years ago. been going to the same place for 10 yrs.

yes that's why morning only who knows where the day leads you, hopefully outside the house!

The green one is decaf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT DRINK THE GREEN ONE! 😆 You've been duped.

I don't know about tourist friendly but it looks pretty on my countertop when it's not in use.....and I don't have to be concerned about lime build up from bad water with the electric ones (or forgetting to leave it on and burning the house down).....or bacteria in those Keurig things everyone is complaining about.
oh yeah! i think she was on some fad diet and made me and my dad go on it too. i think it was south beach. that's why decaf!

Nepresso here, albeit I don't use it: it's too good and coffee pods are 30 cents each... I would need to stockpile them every week not to run out.
i was thinking of getting one of those. the iced ones look amazing!

Coffee not only taste fantastic but the machine itself is indeed sexy af!

You put one - grey and black or even red - next to a chaise longue and your living will be on the cover of several design magazines.

I usually brew my coffee very strong, and tend to add chocolate mix to it.

It's a technique I tried and got used to while in Afghanistan, since the coffee there was not anything to get excited about.

Swiss Miss is probably my favorite to mix with the coffee. On weekends, I like to mix Bailey's with my coffee.

🙂
That's the best way..you rock!

You know the product is superior when even Jack Black's sex appeal looks much improved after drinking it.

Anyway, whether you buy it or not depends on how much you like coffee.

Nepresso was addictive in my case, to the point every time I was in the kitchen I kept pressing the button.

that happened to me before when i first got the machine i posted so i think i'm safe. just once a day for me. i believe my cbtl machine is similar to keurig/ nespresso but when i got it none of those brands were in the market yet here. i don't think keurig is sold here still, i haven't seen it at least. nespresso is but only in the recent years.

LOL @ once a day.

My standard at the time was 6 or 7, now is 3, sometimes 4. I remember even the sound of the machine - woooooooooo - was very appealing.

8 O'clock original with hazelnut liquid creamer.
how do you find hazelnut? i imagine hazelnut coffee is what makeup tastes like.
Here, in michigan, we sell it by the half gallon... lol

Lol!

I guess I read that wrong... lol!

I do like hazelnut coffee with French Vanilla creamer. But, I prefer reg coffee with hazelnut creamer. I think it tastes like sweet nuts... no pun intended. Lol!

+2 @ french press. because i have two of them.

added:
i don't know about the scoops... i usually use twice that amount.
freshly ground or the night before, because i use a hand grinder:

electric grinders tend to chop instead of grind evenly

would you put folgers in that? i have hario products that can do similar pour over coffee. it's really bad but i had a suspicion i just chose the wrong beans for that method. it involves a bit more effort than i'm willing to put in right now but if i pass a great coffee shop i'll have a chat with one of the people there about what beans/ grind to go for.

I don't know if you can use whole coffee beans...just ground coffee I guess.

I never drank folgers...so I have no idea

oh you have to use ground beans but i thought there was some special way to grind them or something.
