How to Post Pics/Videos

So i've tried the correct html way including embeding straight from Youtube but when I click "preview post" it doesn't show the pic/video. It just shows the html details.

Can someone clarify what i'm doing wrong.

Example:

//www.youtube.com/embed/GMFewiplIbw

^ it doesn't show the video.

just put the the exact url you'd type into a browser, ie. the https part without all the iframe and other stuff listed

For pics it needs [img ] ones, without space

No it would be [img ] picture you want [/img ] without the spaces at the end and from sites like tiny pic, Imgur or the direct link, quote me so you can see, I just copy/pasted that.

Woot

Now sometimes the gif or image won't post, just find another one when that happens.
