You have a house? Do airbnb or rent out to tourists, if i remember correctly you are in some touristy baltic
country like croatia. Here is your second income stream, you rent out your house, you live frugally in a small
room, you collect rent until you have enough to buy small appartments, i mean the small shitty ones only
students can afford.
Play the long game, live frugally and educate yourself on being a landlord. But thats just an idea, do some research, if real estate is down, maybe there are bargains available. Or its a shitty idea, then forget it.
