Ariana Miyamoto, the first ever biracial woman to be crowned Miss Japan, is fighting off critics who say she —isn't Japanese enough?? to represent her country in the upcoming Miss Universe Pageant, because her father is black.

My mother is dark skinned with luscious curly hair. I'm brown skinned with curly hair... the curls are so perfect, they look chemical. My sister is fair skinned with coarse hair. Her son is fair skinned, coarse hair, green eyes.

No one is "mixed."

My son looked Chinese at birth... so much so the Asian doctor asked if his father was Asian.

My sister's son looked Korean at birth.

If the youth in Japan are far more active and convince everyone higher up to changer their views then I simply say I can agree with that that it'd be even better. But so far, it's their culture rules so I can only see it as fair.
