What are your thoughts on it?

What makes one thing a form of gossiping? What makes one just a form of expression of repressed feelings?

But how do we know if it's gossiping? I want to talk about some people but can't as I don't want to 'gossip'.

Sometimes it's unavoidable to talk about other people. How do we say things without backstabbing them? Does intention matter?
