Opinion: What is the age limit for a late bloomer?

Like lets say at what point one must accept that they are just ugly and will never "bloom"?

You not ugly, your just broke.

Never accept defeat without a last resort, it's never too late to convince yourself that you aren't ugly.

Some days I wake up and look in the mirror and I think "wow" I am ugly as sin, droopy eyelids, droopy face, drooping everything everywhere and puffy.

But then I have a shower, brush my teeth, pluck a few hairs, wash my face and moisturise and I'll feel 50% better about my looks, add makeup then Bam! I feel 100%

You just need to work at it, cut your hair, get a colour, wear shit that fits and try something new, unless you're a burns victim you have no reason to complain
