Cooked 2lbs of salmon yesterday for dinner. Made a lemon butter sauce with capers and garnished with fried salmon skin and green onion. I added a couple of loaded red potatoes and green beans as sides.

Fried potatoes, onion, bell pepper and turkey bacon...salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne and parsley...with a fried (like half assed fried haha) egg. Oh, I had a pinch of shredded cheese left so I threw it on.

I'm a cat, I like to play with my food.
Baked salmon (seasoned with chili flakes and seasalt) with lemon slices. Mashed avocado with garlic and a pinch of olive oil. Also baked with the salmon.
Finished with squeezed lemon & served with a few strips of cremated bacon just for the fuq of it.

This was the ham I made for thanksgiving a few years back.. I had no pineapple so had to make due with oranges, it was amazing.

I dunno I never figured meat for more photogenic than beans and greens. I'm always more interested in what people are having to their meat. Even searching for recipes I'm usually looking at vegetarian ones that work with my meat of choice.

...and it's flippin delicious! Definitely not the healthiest but it's been my go-to breakfast for the last couple weeks...gotta mix it up besides my normal ol' oatmeal!

Porkchop and potatoes cooked in the slow cooker with some steamed carrots, homemade gravy and knock-off Red Lobster biscuits 😍
Salmon (breaded), bean mix salad with radishes and vinegar.
I usually add some feta cheese to this salad aswell but I had none at home. Chopped red onions would go well with it too but I think they take over too much, I prefer to keep the flavors mild to salmon.

Diced potatoes with bell peppers. All Balkan folks have their version of this simple side-dish.
Basically you dice the potatoes, either fill the peppers or slice them into halves. I prefer the latter otherwise the potatoes will just boil inside the peppers and not get that little crust.
Stir together creme fraiche with milk about 50/50, add salt and pressed garlic. Pour it over the potatoes after they've been in the oven about half the time (as pictured below)
...and then back into the oven for another 20 minutes or so
