Posted by ndsI don't know. We just went there and were told that the owner is German. Anyhow, I searched it online again and discovered that their cuisine is listed as "International/European."

There's this green herb they always put on top of almost every dish they have which never fails to amaze my palate. It's crunchy and, as I would bite it every time, its juices would burst in my mouth in a way that my tongue could feel its fresh drops spray all over. Hmmmmm... Never tasted anything like it before... so I asked the wait person for the name of the herb; she said 'parsley'.
I'm pretty sure I've tasted parsley before; it's quite common; but how come the ones in that restaurant have always been more splendid than all the rest?
