Well, you never know (the above post!). I eat well, lots of fresh fruit and vegies. I very rarely use beauty products as i dont need to. I dont wear make up and i excercise. This keeps my skin healthy and its cheap. You dont need beauty products if you look after yourself on the inside.
the only one I have is going to the gym 4 times a week....I feel great afterwards.

Okay one of my methods is MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE, MOISTURIZE! lol. I'm a lotion freak, especially scented ones...I even lost my mind temporarily and went through a glitter lotion phase. haha : )
Another thing I love are those little loofah scrubbers you use in the shower...equally good are those scrubby gloves you use in the shower.
Also I'm a chapstick freak!

My secret for the best skin in the world is simple--drink alot of water!!! You will be amazed at what is does for your hair and nails and all over apperance. It is better than any beauty product you can buy. The secret to glowing skins, bright eyes, and shiny hair is to drink as much water as you can stand! Try it and see!

FYI😄on't use those they grow bacteria and that causes alof of skin irrataion and red bumps...trust me I have had to go to the doc's cause of it.
Scorpio woman -- you mean the loofa (sp?) scrubbers? I use them all the time. I didn't know they grow bacteria (if that's what you're talking about)!
I agree sw. I have also been told they can cause yeast infections. Use a regular washcloth.
I think what causes a yeast infection is from your bodie's ph being off. The best way to take care of this is asidophlis or yogurt. Doucing is also very bad and creates an ph imbalance. If this happens, apply yogurt or take some asidophilis pills. Health food store, and you won't have a problem!
Taking medicine and especially antibotics will cause the natural ph to be off creating a yeast infection.
Okay well now I'm scared! I always use antibacterial liquid body soap...do you think that it will be okay as long as that's what I'm using? I've been lucky enough not to have had any problems so far with my scrubby gloves...but boy do I NOT want to take the chance of getting any infections or skin irritations. I also have always hung them to dry, thinking that if they're allowed to airdry then bacteria can't build up in them...
You know, now that I'm thinking of it, I've heard of women getting rashes from loofah bars before...I can't believe I forgot that. Well I normally don't use loofah because it's a little too harsh on my skin, but darn it I'm addicted to my scrubby gloves! lol
Okay I can't believe I forgot to mention this beauty secret of mine before...Olive Oil, extra virgin. This is a secret that Italian women have known about for ages. I am not even a speck Italian, but have you ever noticed how shiny and beautiful their hair is, and how they seem to look younger, longer? Heather Locklear swears by this too. What you do, or rather, this is what I do, is when I get out of the shower, I towel-dry my hair (pat, don't rub, or you will damage your hair), and then I take about a quarter-size amount of olive oil in the palm of my hand, and distribute evenly throughout the bottom 2 or 3 inches of my hair. You don't want to use any near your scalp, or I guarantee you that by the end of the day, it will look like you didn't wash your hair, even though you did. Make sure you comb the olive oil throughout, immediately after application, or your hair will soak it up unevenly, especially if it's color treated, and then you will have noticeable dark spots when it dries. You can also use the oil in your bath--SMALL amounts only. I also apply a tiny amount of oil to my elbows, knees, feet, and fingernails. It makes all these body parts nice and soft, and when you use the extra virgin kind, there is no residue at all, it all gets absorbed into your skin. I don't use it in my baths though, because the only areas I get dry skin on are the ones I just mentioned.

LOL...yep, I have found that if I'm in a hurry and rub the h e l l out of my wet hair, it gets very, shall we say, FLUFFY...lol. Not good, because it breaks the weaker hairs and causes those little flyaways and frizzies, which, with my long, thick, wavy hair, is not nice to look at...which is why I'm addicted to the olive oil, ever since I started using it, I've noticed for the first time, I actually sorta LIKE my hair 😛

sometimes i hate my hair, i like it better when its sometimes fuzzy/poofy after i come back from the shower LOL cus it gets flat after awhile -_-
Luz, that is normal from what I know about Asian hairtypes. Have you ever tried blow-drying your hair over low heat, upside down? Seriously, when you want more body, this is supposed to work. You can spray a tiny bit of hairspray on the underside of your hair before doing this; it's supposed to help keep the "lift" from this method of blow-drying.
I have the opposite problem than you, highly annoying, I have wavy, wavy, thick, rebellious hair that I have to work hard to control every day. If I just let it dry naturally without brushing it or doing anything to it, I have curls...but BIG ones that I see as being too wild. Ah, the joy of womanhood. lol.

No, because I wasn't consuming it to increase my breast size. I use it in lieu of soy sauce
in some recipes.

Oh yes. I also use nerium cream for cellulite. It is amazing! Only product I know that actually works.

I've gone a few weeks without taking them because I get lazy and forget or not in the mood to take it. They don't shrink or anything lol. It's not like birth control.
Basically there's 3 amino acids that are considered growth hormones. Growth hormones naturally decrease in your early 20s. By adding them to your system, you're boosting your growth hormones, thus turning your breast growth on again.
It might not work for everyone, but it's working for me.
Lotion and pawpaw ointment. Always lotion your elbows/knees also!
Shampoos with keratin, and conditioners with jojoba and rose hip.
Annnnd when I wake up I put in eyedrops to make the whites of my eyes brighter 🙂
