First, why on earth would this individual be "reinstated", given the circumstances (which you happen to know nothing at all about in the first place)? Not a good idea for the site, and the site admin would probably want to avoid the resulting headaches.

But in answer to your first question: yes.

In answer to your second question, my "dislike" is irrelevant. The facts of the matter dictated the course of events.

The individual in question made advances toward a user on this site that were unwelcome.

They were friends at one point. The friendship ended. The individual then persisted in their unwelcome advances toward the user. The user asked them repeatedly to stop, and otherwise made her position clear to the individual. The individual persisted, and then pursued the user *offline* in a manner which caused the user concern for her safety. The matter was forwarded to the authorities (police.) The user was able to produce for them evidence in support of her claim. This satisfied the authorities, and they then proceeded to contact the individual and advise them to refrain from any further contact. This worked for a little while, but soon the individual re-appeared on this site and continued the pursuit. It was at this time that the user forwarded the matter to the site admin, at which time the site admin decided to take action.

It couldn't be any simpler. And the matter has been done with for over a year now. I have no idea why you're so concerned about it (persistently) or what your agenda is (you don't even know this person, do you?), but it makes no difference because the matter is closed. At any, rate I won't be commenting on it further because there's no reason to do so.

thats funny,i cant recall the black panthers ever going out and shooting,lynching random white people..they had a issue with the government/police..and they were also dismantled by said group..

There was a Klan rally in Memphis last year to oppose the renaming of the downtowns parks (Confederate Park, and Nathan Bedford Forrest Park). In the most racially divided city in the south, all of about 5 rednecks showed up, about 20 black folks, and 100 or so cops.

In the city that MLK was assassinated, the KKK cut their rally short, was given a bill from the city for extra security expenses, and laughed out of town. Real relevant, huh?

Do some homework. The Klan is dead.

LOL skinheads are DESPISED by law enforcement in the U.S., not to mention most of their own race hates them too and wants nothing to do with their a $ . $ es.
