I remember dealing with losing my house, I would wait in the places like the townships, where we receive help financially and they'd play this type of stuff in the waiting area and no children is around.

There's something quite neutral about it, it's like something away from all the chaos in the world.



It's one of the reasons why I love Ghibli films

I'll just be honest. I like dxpnet because it's a filter to my toxicity. Like I can come in here toxic as fuck, and dxpnet as a reasonably moderated platform let's me do so. Maybe it effects some people, but fuck them tbh. It lets me vent my fucked up thoughts and problems, pats my back, and let's me come back tomorrow.

Because of that I actually respect every single person I've interacted with here. Even those who fucked with me the most, I still have some respect for you. I've always considered dxpnet a balance of role play, and real life. Because of that I can honestly say I love you all, and if I truly offend you, or seem like I dislike you in any way, it's all in good fun. I'm truly happy we are all here, and have a platform we can vent, show thoughts and creativity, and still somewhat function as a community. I love dxpnet, and respect how it's let me, and many others just be ourselves for so many years.

Exactly !

It's like the most healing social platform in a way. It's not perfect but there seems to be less judgement than the popular sites as far as expressing oneself. It's understood that we are all flawed in some way and maybe that is the reason we have all specifically gathered here. A safe haven for those who are seen as weird or going through something.

It makes no sense for it to be hated on exactly especially if one keeps coming back to it

It's an escape from our normal real life circle who often times don't seem to fit us as well as Dxpnet does. At least in my opinion.

I had a personal growth through DXP. Much of it was due to Nights's games. I'd sometimes jokingly give him a hard time how about they are out of my comfort zone, but really I love it lol because they help brought me out of a shell that I had been in for years prior. Even recently, I joined his fully virtual, yet face to face with audio version of Online Survivor.

I got over the last hurdle in 2020 through the DXP zooms. It's like it got possessed and all of sudden want to go on cam and mic. 😛

That's true that we need as much energy here as possible. I'm usually the type that rather be the ghost, you know, that one oddball in the shadows and just read and lurk and not get involved too much. Besides, I feel everybody carrying this place just as good with or without me. I feel ignored and overlooked most of the time here anyway so that's part of my reason why I prefer to stay quiet and lurk. Lurking behind the shadows can be just as fun for me without getting in the way.

This site is my most toxic relationship 😂
