I never understand these Geico ads. What do they have to do with insurance? But they are entertaining.

Let's see... meeting people from DXP? Sounds fun. I'm always up for meeting people. Sometimes I'm shy at first. Sometimes I stay shy throughout. I think it would be fun for everyone to wear name tags that say their user names and astrology sign (so I'd know who to avoid *hint* ->Scorpios) What can I say, I'm afraid of them. My Scorpio brother is so damn aggressive and full of temper.
It'll be fun to see how people get along with their sign-siblings 🙂

And no, I do not feel right about making an easy buck. Making bucks takes sweat, and hard work. That way you can sit back at the end of the day, feeling an iced tea bead down the glass and say "Hell yes that's mine, and I busted ASS for it."

WORD mammma! There is NO such thing as a free lunch or even a discounted one. Sometime, some way, you WILL have to pay for that "deal" and oftentimes the true cost is far larger than the "savings." At 21 you take risks and do stupid things like buying bootleg computers (see: Cam Newton - and I love him by the way); however, once you get a certain age, that (should) ware off, and you KNOW that what you are getting is not a deal, but is, in fact, a steal - figuratively and oftentimes literally. I don't begrudge others their choices, but I chose not to do those things. I also am one of those who don't by knock off handbags, shoes, etc. If I can't afford the real thing, I'm not getting it. That's just me though. I have a nice collection of nice stuff, and as VB said, "Hell yes that's mine, and I busted A $ $ for it!" My motto and sentiments exactly. I liken it to getting a job. I want it based on my hard work, work ethic, and skill, NOT because of filling a "quota." If I don't deserve the job on my own merits, then I don't deserve it. Period. What works for me, may not work for others, but this is how I roll.
