I have this acquaintance, through which I have access to a particular service which I use to draw in more customers. He's a Taurus in his 20s.

The problem is, this guy is basically a loose cannon. He thinks of himself as smarter than everybody else and wouldn't think twice before screwing anybody at all. Being around him is like walking on eggshells, having to watch what you say lest he should sever ties aka the service I do actually need. I'm looking into ways of securing that service for myself, but in the meantime I have to rely on this guy.

And I don't want to rely on him. I don't like relying on unreliable people with a superiority complex, far too immature for their age & a thin skin to boot. However, through said service I've acquired iron-clad evidence that can completely ruin him. I mean REALLY ruin him. Personally, I hate cocky little shits who think they can get away with anything. But on the other hand, I don't like causing trouble for other people without a good reason. Though I firmly believe it's only a matter of time before he blows up in your face. He's a ticking timebomb.

A Leo friend of mine is egging me on big time, practically daring me to ruin this guy. Tells me to pull the trigger before HE does. My Jed is echoing his sentiments, says peace of mind is paramount here and the sooner I shake this Bull loose, the better.

I'm totally on the fence. What would you guys do?

Just take full responsibility, whatever you decide. You're considering doing it for greed as much as peace of mind. Don't con yourself with the "i'm doing it because it's justified" talk. That will do more to cost you peace of mind than anything.
Greed has nothing to do with it. I just said he rubs me the wrong way, but plenty people do. I wouldn't turn on them just for that. I only do it when it's done to me first. But from him I see it coming a mile away. There was a misunderstanding between us a couple months back where he thought I did something that I in fact hadn't, and he blew up in my face.

I'd seen little signs before that, but that day clinched it for me. Merely talking with him makes my skin crawl these days. There's something really not right about him mentally. So I'm considering doing this out of personal & professional self preservation. But I sure wouldn't enjoy it.

I wouldn't be able to destroy him cause I'd feel bad but if I had the nerve to do it I totally would. I've experienced a stubborn, relentless, horrid Taurus before and Jesus... He must have had God on his side because I did not expose him when I had the chance even though this person tried to ruin my life but if I could go back in time I think I would.

I SAY DO IT.
It wouldn't happen to be the same person, would it?

He frequently goes on these tantrum-rants whenever he thinks someone is taking business away from him and literally sits there for several minutes brainstorming ideas on how to ruin it for them, as if he's the only one entitled to making a living. Every time I talk with him, I automatically tense up. It's like a primal response to his demeanor, vibe, character, whatever you wanna call it. I do not enjoy being around him.

Have you seen the vid of two cats tussling with the theme from Predator 2 playing in the background? And two crows egging them on by pecking at their tails when the fighting lulls?

He reminds me of the crows lol.

I had a short lived coworker who was talking shit behind my back. My boss told me what was up. I could've thrown him under the bus...instead I kept it classy. Same dude got horrible reviews, shitty sales, and ended up quitting after only a few months with us.

Moral of the story...stay in your lane and focus on yourself and let your work speak for itself. Let the haters self-destruct on their own.

So he brings you business and you want to fuck up his life because you don't like his superiority complex??

Rule #1, don't fuck with where your money is coming from.
It's not a money thing and he's definitely not the source of my income.

Then cut him out of your life and be done with it.

jeez, that sounds like how i feel like i present myself.

i personally wouldn't do it, i have pretty serious trust issues. betrayal in any capacity is a major no-no to me and i would most likely be distraught if it happened to me.

honestly, it sounds like you need to talk to someone about it, whether it be a professional or the person himself.

If it wasn't for your stupid looking avatar - this post could pass for semi-normal.

it sounds like an insult but wasn't meant to be one. counselors and religious professionals exist for a reason... one of the things we fight against in my workfield is the stigma about seeking help or advise, but hey sometimes just talking about it helps.

that's kinda why i'm not bashing you for making this post.

it just sounds like you are hellbent on seriously screwing someone up
