So its been 2 years since the Aries and for the life of me, im still struggling to open my heart again, to be honest I dont even know if i want to.

It surely does make sense! When I broke up with the Cancer woman all those years ago, I didn't think I had it in me to love someone again. Fast forward a decade or so, there's women all around me. She took my self-esteem from me, but I found it again. 😊

In general I dont trust easily and he took that away from me, and alot more in fact.. and now I cant trust anyone, I dont know if i want to because its just disappointing and leads one to make heart break threads on forums. I think these things kind of go up and down depending on what’s happening in life at the moment. Maybe it will come easier when other things in life are more settled. I do think it gets harder when older though as people’s lives are more settled, less adaptable to new things... you kind of just have to take risks sometimes, even just small ones. Reaching out or suggesting weird things to do with people. Stuff that’s not boring and predictable. We bond less when older not making dumb decisions together maybe lol. But this is just a rut, and in ruts our minds naturally turn backwards. You’ve got so much time ahead of you girl noones asking you to go from 0 to 100 straight away but what’s worth having is worth a little risk. ❤️

But what if I already took that risk, and this is now where I find myself. I dont regret many things in my life, I have thought about it often and I always come back to the same thing. I blame myself and I do this because the one time I took a chance and went against everything my gut was telling me, it ended the way it did, do you think its because I'm still angry with myself?

I started learning poker to overcome that.

Fear. Just fear of myself. Because of not truly knowing myself and what my ability is.

I really just need to learn more about myself because you'd think you know yourself but then you'd be wrong.

In the end it's only ourselves we can control. Being afraid of being hurt again is what's what.

You can admit it and go on to still trust people but with the experience of what you went through before, helping you this time around or we can just let ourselves waste our potential to feel happy again.

Whatever's gonna happen is going to regardless what goes on in our own ittle world's. You can take risks when you're dead, so making use of the time while your heart is still pumping hot liquid through your veins at breakneck speed seems like a good idea.

While it doesn't take away what happened, something like getting hurt is inconsequential to the real possibilities coming up on the horizon.

Are you ready to let them in?

Just know letting them in may look hard but now.it's much easier to let them out this time around.

You're not who you were before. You're living more for yourself so you won't let things that take away from the joy of your life to linger in your house like before.

You're living for yourself. Not for anyone else. What other people do they do to themselves.

It really has nothing to do with you. Most people are too selfish to think like that.

So don't worry about the animals disguised as humans because the scars will heal and make way for tougher skin.

I'm not saying it won't happen again but we aren't the same people we were before.

Expect nothing but yourself. That's all I've managed to understand at this point.

It's alright. I haven't really managed to move on myself as well.

I think it's because I don't have a goal or just maybe it's certain thoughts patterns I need help with.

People have told me you have to be more selfish. But I am selfish. I give love to people who don't know what to do with it.

Next time it's not a problem because they can't come in unless I invite them in. It just seems like this event needed to happen for me to gain perspective.

I hope to god that my future goals will help me forget about it but crabs really won't forget anything even if I manage to let go.

At least it doesn't bother me as much. All I need is my Mum, Dad, Brother and of course some of the kindered strangers here.

All I can gather is that were alone because the wrong people come into our lives. We think we have control over things but we barely have control over ourselves.

Take it as it comes. It'll happen one day. Whether you want to or not sometimes.

I have no idea what I'm doing. Honestly.

That's how most people feel but are too afraid to admit.

We're all rather not that important but the moments we live are.

It really all just is an experience as you say. They aren't really good or bad. They're just what they are.

It's our perspective in the middle of it all that complicates the equation.

The mind is a precarious thing. It really does create our reality. So we really have to be careful what we feed it.

We gotta be careful with that fear. You won't have any room for love if your heart is full of fear.

So constantly check your energy. Keep it high and keep raising it back up when you see it's gone down.

Don't be afraid to ask for help raising it up either. I mean what's left of people expect for the memories they left in people and the impact we made on them.

Feel those emotions because they are yours to keep. They are who you've been, who you are and who you will become.

@damnata and I had a moment like this before as well. Now it seems like it's our turn.

I hope you can pass on the energy to another who needs it.

I know bad times are coming again. That's for sure but the good times will come along with them even though the view is gloomy.

You've got to have the courage to keep walking the road. Doesn't matter how fast or how slow as long as you have the courage to keep on walking.

Only then can we get to that part of the road that isn't gloomy any more.

Just know you have people traveling alongside the same road as you. Our journeys different but on the same road.

Sometimes our roads intersect like now. So don't stop now, maybe someone needs you further down the road.
