i have used weed many times , and have had deep consversations with ppl about it / plus looking it up too much .
and i came to the conclusion , that it's one of the lightest drugs , better than coffee , and a healthy life is always a must.
BUT THE GOLDEN RULE ALWAYS PREVAILS : Moderation Is Key.
I would say once a day max for weed ..... i wouldn't take antidepressants , i have heard bad things about them , it's better to use 2 times more weed[or vitamins b/taurine/gaba/l-theanine[all antianxiety] than antis or pharma drugs..
Things to advise : use salt if you are too stoned cause weed drops Blood pressure and rises heart reate , salt does the reverese [ helped me many times]
Drink water, exercise , and eat healthy, enjoy the little things in your day , and you will certainly enjoy weed and life.

Stay far away from them. Unless you have severe mental issues, unless you have Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder or anything that is very serious... DO NOT take them. They are so dangerous and mind-altering medications. We all go through tough times and go in and out of depression, it is apart of the human experience. You're gonna have some tough times in your life and some good times in your life. Do not rely on anti-psychotic, mind-altering medications because I know people who went crazy from them. They are not as safe as the corrupt doctor's make them out to be. There are serious side-effects and you can even have suicidal thoughts on them.

Antidepressants can definitely help, although for some, they have little effect or bad effects. I've heard from some friends that they were glad they started antidepressants. You can always try it out.
Are you smoking weed as a way to deal with depression or anxiety, or is it purely recreational? I have a sag friend who smokes more when her anxiety hits, but that doesn't help her overcome her anxiety. It just suppresses it for a short period of time.

People seem to forget that 2-3 hours of daily exercise and a healthy diet will do WONDERS for the mind, spirit and body.
All this crap about medications usually gets thrown at people who are not eating a healthy diet full of natural foods, and certainly not getting 2-3 hours of exercise a day.
When a person is taking care of nutrition and exercise, a hell of a lot of these problems do not affect us.
