one month ago he has proposed me to be his gf.. without thinking.. i have said yes.. i never annoyed him during his work.. i never teased about girls surrounding him in his job.. all i always did.. was giving him the space n make him feel trusted.. because i wanted is to make him feel confidence when he is with me.. i never got jealous because i knew before we broke up that he was sincere with me and he was loving me.. a few day before.. i have just teased him about his ex girlfriend.. by telling him " i dont mind if you go back to her" but i never thought that he would one day leave me..
But today when he broken up with me.. i have told him the truth about my feeling for him...by telling him
" sorry for teasing you.. sorry for what i have said...

NO..he will not come back. You haven't been honest with him from day one and he realized it with your insecure blurt of the ex girlfriend and he confirmed you were just pacifying his wishes to have his freedom. You can "make" anyone feel or believe what you want them to, but if it's NOT sincere (especially with a water sign) you will be dumped sooner or later.
