Does this Pisces guy like me?

Ok, so I need some serious help.
So I've liked this guy for a long time but I don't know if he likes me.
I'm a very shy and quiet girl and I barely talk with ppl who I don't really know well.
But I do talk with him sometimes but it's always very short.
He communicates with me with his eyes sometimes. And there a lot of other girls in my class but he doesn't treats them the way he treats me.
He always asks me what's up if he thinks something's going on and he always is the first one to stick up for me if he thinks that I'm hurt by someone or if somebody is an asshole to me.
Sometimes I feel like he looks right through me or if he is analysing me because sometimes I caught him staring at me.
He already told me he loved me twice when I shared my candy with him lol. But he never says that when other ppl are around. And I also heard him say that I was cute once. But he didn't say that to me but to his friends in class.
I just don't know guys, what do you think?
I'm a female Taurus btw with Leo rising. And he's a male Pisces with Taurus moon.

He probably likes you, but just tell him how you feel. It's better to do something instead of nothing, and wonder "what if?".

Make friend with him, ask him what music he likes, what he likes to do for fun, make him feel like you like him too, but not in an I'm desperately in love with you kind of way lol! Just see where it goes x
