I was just observing the changing enviroument of Pisces, Scorpio and Cancer boards, and have came to the conclusion that the greatest creativity are based on pervertisy. The pervertisy could be questionable part because in the past many people used their creative ideas on nude women, sex scenes and similair. Even today I can see that many people still carry these qualities. What do you all think, should we stop doing such things because of morals that could call it "pervertisy" or should we let the creativity go further?

Well, you have mentioned 3 very subjective terms: Morals, Peversity, and Creativity...

What you may define to be immoral, perverse, or creative could mean something entirely different for another individual. A person could read the dxp forum, and not see anything perverted- but rather humanity it raw, inhibited form. Of course, you're well within your rights to believe what you want- but the difficulty in answering such a question lies in the interpretation of the reader.

Perversion/pervert/perverse...i guess means inappropiate expressions..stepping out of what is expected?

Inappropriateness refers to where& how it is expressed. For example if you take the sexual sculptures in India.. they are mainly located outside the civilisation..and hence outside of the reach of children. So this to me is not perversion.Even if some erotic temple art is with in the civilisations...the kids dont even notice it. As the approach of the kid goign to the temple is just to pay his/her respects to the diety inside the temple. Those statues are menat to project the combining of feminine & masculine forces. The sexual depiction is actually symbolic here- stating importance of it in life and also it represents the male & female as each others better half. So as the thought is appropraite..the depiction may not..for some people. Yet it proves how the artists fantasies have created such beautiful & timeless art.

Agreeing with STD...what we see in dxpnet is largely expression of the human feelings/needs in its raw form. But i would defintiely call the way Alana expresses about her escapades as creative. Here the basic instincts have been presented in very imaginative way. ... right there you know how sexuality encourages creativity.Or if you notice Hotscorp1's posts..specially the latest ones...her strong sexuality is very creatively expressd by her usage of english & spanish.

And ofcourse I must admit the males over here have shown lot of creativity in expressing their passions.

The human body and sex are not perverse. They are part of nature. They are part of life. Some see it differently, but this is due to societys which began based on puritanical religious foundations. Utter b0llocks.

LOL! Darn that Madonna! She's the cause of all our problems! Personally, I think people who rant about nudity and the human body being "naughty" or "bad" are either prudes or hypocrites. There is a time and a place for everything, but creative expression in the arts IS that place. Who taught people to be ashamed of their bodies? Other people did. What makes them right? What "logical" proof do we have that we all should be ashamed of being naked? It's pure ignorance. Let's all walk around and just pretend we don't have sexual organs. Real adult and mature.

I just think they all need to get some on a more regular basis. Then maybe they would shut up.

Agreed Haffo. Really, you should always question everything. Blindly following what someone else says or does like an obediant sheep is pointless. You never learn anything.

Bran, I didn't call you a sheep. I was speaking in general. And that may be how you view women who wear tight fitting clothes, but that is just your opinion. It is also precisely that attitude that has prevented women from owning their own sexuality. Because a woman wears sexy clothes does not mean that any Tom, D1ck, or Harry that wants to see what's underneath is going to get to. Sometimes, that may be the case, but I know many women who dress provocatively because they are confident in themselves and their bodies, and why shouldn't they be? Must every thought we think have to do with how men may react? SHEESH! Power is what that has to do with. And let's take Madonna for example. I agree she is certainly not the most talented performer, but she has taken what little she has and made herself a billionaire and a household name. That's one heck of a smart woman. Sex sells. Always has, always will. And for many women, that is where they find their power.

Hey thanks Looneybird for that:-) -
I won't go on about the above but the way I see it is.....naughty but nice...rather than crude and rude is the best way to tell our sexual stories.
