very true, we can be pretty private types, much like scorpio's, hence the elusiveness.. Seemingly close, yet rather hard to grasp both in a figurative and literal sense.. Being elusive doesn't have to have a negative connotation either, albiet a mysterious one. Can be more like watching, observing, being aware from a distance, sometimes for your "own" self-preservation, so-to speak..

Lying is fun

the varied responses are definitely interesting...

i wouldnt expect anything else from a people so wide-ranging and multi-faceted as pisces...


with that being said, lying and manipulating and all that sneaky stuff with the intention of hurting other people is NOT COOL....

anyways, whenever you do that, life will teach you that it is YOU who is hurt most in the end...

As a Taurean, I tell you the honest truth. Pisces can lie and they are very good at it. Taurus can lie too but very bad at it. haha!

My Pisces friend lie to his mum right in front of me. I've been lied to by ex-Pises crush previously (and I actually believe him for a while). And if you watch Survivor, Bob and Sugar who are Pisceans are very very very good at lying...or you can say they are very good at cooking up stories. haha.

But you know what both of them are my favourite Survivors of that season! All signs can lie...and I've seen Pisces lie quite a few times...but I haven't seen they lie with a malicious intention...at least that's what I feel. They do it with a smile and have perfect the skill of lying. haha...

Being a Taurus, I really hate people who lie to me. But Pisces are so adorable, I don't have the heart to be mad for them for too long. hee...I've come to terms with their "imagination"...I usually response and continue their "story" with them...if you can't beat them, join them! haha.

Question: If a person lies, and tells you so while doing it ... then did I just lie, or just tell you the truth?

I'll do stuff like that. If I tell my husband I'm going to the grocery store today, other than that, I'm going to stay home and do laundry and house stuff .. so, he calls and I'm not home. Later, if he asked me where I was, I would probably say something similar to your example.

Where the hell do you think I was? I told you where I was going. If your mind is paranoid/suspicious that would lead you to ask me a question in which you should already know the answer ... then I'll make something up to feed into your paranoia to give you something to suffer with .... because apparantly you wanted to suffer with this paranoia because you asked me this question, when I already told you where I was going.

I only lie to protect my emotions/privacy, i.e. feign not caring/loving. But other than that it's usually pretty straight forward with me.

LMAO@A lot of Pisces men are pathological liars, from what I've experienced. The funny thing is, they really believe others are stupid enough to believe them.

and as far as some people who say that they are "sneaky" and they lie to "hurt people", i might add that as is well known with pisces, there are two paths one can choose:

swim against the current and take your blows in order to receive spiritual awakening

OR

swim downstream going with the flow, allowing the current to move you and take the easy route, knowing that death lies at the end...

all of these opportunities that we are presented with every day to lie, deceive, be sneaky WITH THE INTENTION of hurting another, are mere tests....when taking these tests, it is not the test itself that is the most important thing per se, but the OPPORTUNITY TO KNOW ONESELF...

in these testing and trying moments when we are faced with the choice of lying and hurting another person and causing irrevocable damage, or speaking the TRUTH and taking a TEMPORARY blow, its the WEAK person who is willing to sacrifice another person for the sake of his/her own selFISH interests...its that good for nothing, downstream fish or whatever other sign he may be, because weakness is not exclusive to any one particular sign...

but even so, since this IS the pisces forum, which fish are you i say again?

the upward swimming fish or the downward swimming fish?

the selFISH fish or the selfless fish?

the OfFISHal fish, or the imitation fish?

The one thing I do hate is being questioned. Its ok to ask questions, but I mean interrogation style . I dont generally ever have the need to lie, but if you keep asking me strange questions like "Was your ex better than I?" that just annoys me! Those questions are always set up for failure no matter what you say. If you say yes, then get mad. If you say no, then you are lieing! What kind of question is that? Im with YOU arent I? Apparently he wasn't good enough to keep me, regardless.

Be nice people...if you dont want to know the real answer to a set up question like that. Dont ask! Just be happy and oblivious.
