I did a quarter of an eighth! Don’t do more if you have never tried. And don’t go about it alone or with another inexperienced person. Make sure you have someone experienced to guide you through it. I also watched a lot of documentaries and meditated a lot in preparation because I find eating mushrooms a sacred ritual.

Also you don’t know too much of the history. It’s intense. And it’s more a happy birthday letter with notes of “I still love you and care about you and wish you well”. As opposed to a “confession”. In which case I’d agree with you. But she’s the one who had screamed at me drunk basically that she loves me over and over again over FaceTime (we love 6 hours apart) basically asking her friend to tell me because I was mad at her. This was in the summer. Than she wouldn’t talk to me after. Than we spoke finally 4 months ago cause I was like “dude wtf is wrong”. Than she went in to a Pisces emotional rage. Than I didn’t reach out since. And here we are. Hope that gave you a bit of context

That’s good advice and I shall take it. Thank you 🙂. And I don’t mind going off topic at all! I love talking about both love and mushrooms. My two favorite topics in the world if I’m being honest haha. But yeah I really appreciate what they have been able to do for my pseudo narcissistic ego. I feel like they cured parts of me. But wait WHERE have you don’t auyuaska?? How was your experience?

And that said I havnt tried auyuaska to compare. But I wasn’t fearful anymore of mushrooms after I ate them for the second time (first time was wrong person/wrong place ect). But the second time I was in the comfort of my own home with someone I felt comfortable being extremely vulnerable and safe with. Key things remember, EVERYTHING is heightened on shroomies relating to feelings. And it’s not favricated feelings it’s your true honest feelings that come up to surface. That said. If you feel most comfortable in your room (as I do being a cancer haha). Start there. If you like walking in your bare feet, sweep the floors before you trip. Haha I’m serious. Prepare every little thing regarding your environment so that you can just focus on tripping comfortably. And most importantly (and this goes without saying) don’t eat them when you are upset over something/someone. I havnt eaten any since September I think. Being that I have been in such a terrible mental space and heartbreak lately. I’m giving my self sometime.

I THINKKK she may have seen it? Maybe. She just liked my photo on IG from her work IG. She liked ONE other video I posted in the last 4 months and that video happened to be of me preforming at a rap cyfer the song I wrote for her. That's nice and interesting to hear that you have had benefit from it. I did ayahuasca in my country where it's legal, at home with people who are very experienced with it. I did a private ceremony because I am highly sensitive to other people's emotions.
It was amazing, beautiful and yet the scariest thing I have ever experienced. It was very spiritual. I was just 18 at the time so I didn't know what ego death was so that was a bit too much for me, which is why I want to try again some time.
