Human beings.
They are the biggest source of anything. Money, power, scientific data. This may seem stupid and easy, but sometimes we stuck in very simple things and see it as a loop for ages. If you ask this question to yourself why this happens like that, then the answer is people. They are the source and the solution of it. If you see something wrong, then it's because no people here to prevent it. In other words, lack of human qualities.
