To the pisceans out there (especially males), how do you handle your self-esteem?

I'm a 3rd decan pisces rising, and I have a history of low self-esteem, depression, and self-esteem issues. I always feel unattractive or inadequate in some way. I hide it in public even though I think some girls notice. People say I look handsome but I don't believe them. My venus and mars are in capricorn and I'm a Scorpio sun. Is it me, or is this a pisces thing? If so, how do you deal with it?

Do you think that your virgo rising makes you less insecure than the average pisces sun? What's your insecurities?

Well I thrive for perfection. I demand too much from myself in the first place. When something's wrong I worry a lot, like my hair isn't done, or I gained a pound added if my guy starts ignoring me

That's exactly my problem. Impossibly high standards to uphold to in every way. I automatically expect a negative result (something I'm still working on)
