Attitudes

How important is attitude to you? When women get catty what do you do?

When males give attitude what do you do? Basically how do you resolve this matter.....

I am a Taurus....I think I get moody alot more since that happens more often.. it would seem I would be soft spoken and sad and quiet. I go retreat because I know that my Mars in Taurus might lash back if I feel cornered or someone comes at me when I am not in the right mood....I even distance myself from everyone just to avoid talking about my feelings...I listen to music and come back relaxed and chilled.

This statement is so true....Never take your work home..Nevertheless never take your problems at home to work..

Guess what I am one of those types, that people can read and totally tell if something is wrong. My facial expression will tell you everything...this so sucks which planet gives me that dead give away??

Hm my Mercury is like be cool, calm, and collected..and Mars in Taurus is I can't stand you get away from me..... I can't stand attitude. Its all around us every day..

Now I am no saint.. I will defend myself..but hm my Aquarius moon.. I will remove myself and ponder is it worth it to even open my mouth..if I am already moody..then I might just open it.

I have mars in my first house (aquarius), which makes me very assertive and reactive but a trine with my sun and moon makes me less confrontational. I don't seek out reasons to argue with people, and I'm very caught off guard when someone gets an attitude, so it takes a few minutes for me to realize this person is being a jerk. Once that happens, my first response to any sort of attitude from anyone is anger or annoyance, but it's very internal. I hardly ever say anything unless it's a recurring thing. I just don't want to deal with all of their emotions.

With women I interpret it as sass, like they're lashing out at me because of something completely unrelated (if that makes any sense). Men with attitudes just look like whiny babies to me because I can see through it. I know that most of the time their rage comes from some other issue they have, like a fragile ego, control issues, whatever.

Because I usually just don't say anything, both genders receive stank face and eye roll in response. Then I vent about it to someone else and move on.

Very important. It shows me what they are. And if I don't like what I see I can't be bothered. Just don't waste my time on Mean people.

Professionally and if they are under my team I will talk to them about their attitude. Its their decision if theyd change or not, Id just have to look at the bigger picture if it affects work in a negative way I will make necessary action.

Personal Level, I don't bother. When I date with someone and at first date I see an attitude, id be ending the date in 5minutes, thats the end for me.

Thats right take no bull....And you know I get doe eyed when someone gets an attitude. I think to myself she/he is testing me. I think what did I do? and usually doesn't set in right away. I vent to my brother or other people.
