Does Uranus and Neptune aspects with Venus/Mars make a person fickle in love?

I know somebody who has Venus square mars and both the planets are in hard aspects to Jupiter, Uranus and Neptune. This person happens to be a sweetheart and a close friend of mine but in matters of love, she can be *secretly* fickle.

I am one of the few who know this side of hers. She is in a relationship but frequently finds herself secretly flirting with other guys or enjoying the flirting others do with her. Idk if she is aroused easily or likes being admired

but I really wonder what in her chart leads to this behavior. And all this is hidden from her guy.
