You're on the right track. I went through that already and my saturn return didnt even come around yet! I stopped being an emotional whore, blocked and kicked out toxic people out of my life, went through this alone and yes I felt very alone many times.. I cried a lot at home but I knew THIS was the right thing! After a little down I was ok again and became a waaaay better version of myself! But it is actual work to get there - so yes... you are on the right track!

Posted by RindarooI agree - I went through a huge one about 5 years ago - I recognized it the day a mink died in my arms. the Mink is an animal totem for major change/shifts in life. My Doberman killed it and it took it's last breath in my arms. These things can be huge or they can come and go as we grow in life. I totally agree, it's part of life and growing as a person! Especially for the Earth signs.
It sounds pretty normal to me. I have gone through a big change, and have lost people along the way. In the end, it was a good thing. It can be a bit lonely at times but it has been worth it. I am in a much better place than I was. Much healthier. Just keep on going, that's the key - forward progress 🙂

It really begins as the planet starts to approach the exact point of birth and there are "after shocks" when the transit completes. It's why the divorce rate skyrockets in that age group. Then there are the retrograde periods like the one that is in Sagittarius and has been for the past 3 years. Caps are next but it might not be hard for them because that is their planetary ruler.
