I'm a virgo woman and I have a HUGE crush on a Pisces man. He's very socially awkward and whenever he does talk to me he's either drunk or when his friends are around. But when he is himself he just stares at me from a distance and sometimes when I catch him he keeps eye contact. He comes to all of my events but stays in the background. At parties, he is in the vicinity of me and just watches. I wanted to know if he likes me and if he would even make the first move? If I have to make the first move what should I do that won't make it awkward between us?
