What do you mean by Plutonic relationship? Pluto aspecting what?
Any personal planet (Mainly Sun, Moon, Mars, Venus, Mercury the others are more generational but still can be felt depending on the planet and orb) with a tight orb. Im talking 6 degress or less.
i've known several people who i have had pluto contacts with where they are the pluto. things usually go ok and the person will seem overly supportive but at some point the person who has the pluto will try to do some type of destructive behavior, to try to damage my career, other relationships or whichever. usually it boils down to how well they control their own pluto.
My Pluto is conjunct the Pisces’s NN by 1 degree and is trine his Sun 6 degrees off.
But his Pluto is trine my Venus and Jupiter conjunction, and Square my Mars, Saturn, and Neptune within 3 degrees for all that.
What would you like to know specifically?
If anything major happened where one or both of you wanted control or if you did something out of character that you would normally think is crossing a boundary.
His Pluto conj my sun and Venus (by 2° and 1° degree)
His moon also conj my sun and Venus
Extreme and over the top sex anywhere and everywhere
Obsessional behaviour on both sides
Passion overload
Glad to get out alive

Apart from Pluto square venus (or moon) both ways, they are overrated.
Most of my relationships are Plutonic but I am Plutonic myself so it makes sense.

I'll go first. They lived in a different city (small town) and didn't know I liked them so I made a dating profile on several popular dating site in the town just to see if they were single or gay. SMH #bonkers.
