scorpio lady/libra man

So, this libra man has just started showing a lot of interest, and i am returning it. but i am wondering what is everyones experience with this combo? i have read it is bad, but good because we are both 'relationship' signs.

we've been acquintances for about 4 years, he is a cousin of one my good friends from high school. we used to all hang out, then we didnt see each other for awhile.

i ran into his cousin a couple weekends ago, and asked about him and how he was doing and she decided to call him right there and we took turns talking to him on the phone.
then she gave him my number, i told her i thought he was cute, but she told me (could be a white lie, i was thinking) he asked if he had a chance with me.
and so we went back and forth and finally hung out the day before i was leaving town we decided to get coffee, went to the art museum, and he took me home. then we hung out again that evening to go see a movie. i left the next day and now i am in another state (i return in 2 weeks) but he called me to see how my flight was, how the trip is going and we talked on the phone for half an hour! and made plans for when i come back to go somewhere for a weekend, like a beach or river. he seemed a lot more relaxed over the phone, but when we went one our 'dates'? we just hugged.

Im a scorpio/SAg cusp, but i mostly identify with scorp.
