I used to work with a girl who had gastric bypas and lost 100 lbs. She was thin and would wear leggings that showed her camel foot. You read it right.....not a camel toe, it was the whole fucking foot. That thing hung down to her mid thigh.

I thought it was maybe a side effect of weight loss so I googled it. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT ever search "saggy vagina after weight loss"!!!!! I am still having nightmares.

It can be as simple as the clothes being worn irritating the skin till a burn or rash develops.
