Not wanting to sound like a ho but to me when it comes to sex anything goes! i didnt even think it was odd for a guy to come in your face and definately wouldnt expect the guy to ask permission. I like guys to be dominant in bed (the only place i allow anyone to dominate me) so being asked if they could please, maybe, possibly cum in my face if it was ok would be such a turn off, just do it!! That picture touched too close to home for me, thats all I am saying. Chocalate face mask or not. Perception is key. It was not the mask itself persay, it was the expression on her face combined with the mask.

Take a look at all the other chocolate face mask pictures you Googled. Everyone else is relaxed enjoying a facial. She is wide-eyed and have a pouting lip. Thats a classic racist image. Thats how it was expressed during the minstrel show period.

White people might look at it and say "oh yeah a chocolate face mask" but someone like me who have seen images like this and experienced racism to my face, beem called a nigger, a coon, "go back to Africa", monkey, oh do you like watermelon and friend chicken darkies, you blackie all my life, might see a picture like that and be offended.

PERCEPTION IS KEY! It mite not be intended to offend but to certain group of people who experienced that type of racism might be offended by it.

Like I said it represents something different for me even if the intended purpose wasn't to offend.



heh. that reminds me of when i was in line at the grocery store with my long time friend. he bought watermelon, fried chicken, orange soda, and hot sauce. the checker, who was white, flashed him a look which my friend caught. my friend responded with,"Yes, I am going to a n*gger bbq." He's black. Very, very black. ha! hey, i think it's funny.

although i figured the picture was of a woman wearing a chocolate mask (hell, it looks like chocolate even and not mud) i was also instantly reminded of the minstrel portrayal. old cartoons used to portray them this way as well. though it might hit close to home just try to let it roll off. i am of mixed ethnicities and experienced racism in my own home... and only from them! weird huh?
