For all you single folks. What will you do today?

I don't have a valentine. I supposedly have tentative plans this weekend for a 1st date (online dude). So that's something at least. But nothing on valentines.

Most of the people I know are married or taken so that sucks

What will I do today? Go to work and then go home pay bills and that's it!

i like this blog. im thinking of what to have for dinner. idk yet. but there will be dessert and a red box movie. imma go reserve it right now.

At work now and I have class later. I'm single anyway lol

Man made holiday. Don't sweat it. It's stupid . IMO

Going to a wedding. Fish and a bi-polar were wise enough to get married on V-day.....yeaaah....romantic or some s-h-i-t like that?

I'm going out dancing with some girlfriends 🙂

Celebrating my undying, intensely wonderful love for... chocolate. 50% off today, like WHOA. My girlfriends and I are making homemade pizzza and bought fancy cupcakes from a local shop to pair with a bottle of wine EACH. Cupcake Vinyards Red Velvet. We've definitely planned for sweatpants and sweatshirt attitre. Bring on the movies, giggles and shit talk!! Today shall be grand.

I forced myself out in the cold for a shamrock shake. Later, I'll treat myself to some well needed sleep. That is my valentine's. Sounds pretty good to me. Haha

What I did was bought a box of bagels, oj, strawberry and orig flavored of cream cheese for ppl at work

It's over here, as of 3 hours ago... But I spent it at home, alone. I got a bunch of the creeper phone calls today on the landline.

It wasn't me!!! Sheesh, just because I have Moon in Cancer....

Too bad I wasn't in the neigbourhood though. I just love that tingly sensation I get in my stomach when I hear someone say thier parent's aren't home. It feels a little like love 😛

It's over here, as of 3 hours ago... But I spent it at home, alone. I got a bunch of the creeper phone calls today on the landline. I'd actually forgotten it was V-day, and this mouth-breather has been phoning for 6+ months, but there were more than usual today, so yeah, that just occurred to me. Interesting. I really don't give a toss about valentine's, not even when I'm coupled up. No depression or any of that jazz.

Some people. My friend had his iphone hacked recently and got something like 50 spam texts and a voice recording of some girl laughing, definitely a bit on the crazy side for sure.

The quality of your life is dependent upon you .... according to pretty much everything you write in dxp, it's easy to assume that you don't take that responsibility, so you therefore, believe it's up to everyone/anyone else to make provisions for you, so you can be happy.

P-Angel: You bring up a very valid point. Our happiness should come from within and not be dependent upon another person. I find that when I lose focus and expect things from other people, the happiness that I do get is always short lived, and it just sets us up for failure each time. Like a drug if you will. We have a blast when we go out and have drinks at night, but the hangover in the morning is a pain.

Exactly. So to ease the commercialism of this day I bought bagels for everyone at work and for lunch I picked up some Thai food for a coworker and I. I took my time at work and had alot of great conversations
