Rule of thumb for me was 3 months top. Can't wait around for someone whose dragging their feet. In or out, be decisive.
Until one or both actually loves the person and they have a "relationship" talk. I can date someone forever without talking about a relationship, he is the one that will have to bring it up. I don't.
