This Leo has me confused someone help!

I dated this guy about 3 weeks ago, who happened to be a Leo. I have only been with 2 men (including the date). So from what I felt the date was great! We went to the movies, and we more or less kissed with lots of passion the whole time. It felt like he was really into me; at one point he hugged me very tight (while still sitting) and it almost felt like he had not seen me in such a long time and he just missed me so much (that's how I felt about the hug). I feel that for a first date the hug was very intense. I did not let him touch my body parts. But it really felt intense, and to me it felt like we were both very into each other.
Anyways during the whole time we were together there was no flirting with anyone else. He gave me his complete attention. He held my hand at all times when we walked. When I looked into his eyes, I could definitely see he was very attracted to me (and I am very attracted to him as well, very good looking).

At the end of the movie he asked me if I was hungry??_ I said —no?? but I was thirsty, wanted a drink. So he actually took me to a place where they sell stuff to eat and you can sit down??_ (vs just buying me the drink and then we go our separate ways). I was kind of expecting to just get the drink, him to pay for it, then he goes his way and I go mine; but he actually had me sit down and drink my juice there, and he got something small for him as well.

Now here is where the confusion starts. While I was drinking my juice and he was eating. He started to ask me questions about my x. things like if I would go back with him??_ I have a child with my x. but I pretty much told him I was done with my x (and I am), and in his eyes I could see he wanted to hear that. Then he asked me if my x ever took me on vacations??_ he asked me if I wanted more kids??_ when I answered I said —yes 2 more, but not now kids are expensive??_?? I told him probably by the time I get my BS degree. So he asked by when I was getting my BS degree. At one point he also asked what did I get my daughter for Christmas, which I thought it was extremely weird. So these questions felt so serious, and every time I spoke to him, is like he would not miss a detail. So I don't understand why he never called me or contacted me back after the date.

At the end of the date we kissed again and he taped my but as I walked towards my train.

I called him after a few days and I told him I felt weird about the whole thing in a voice mail I left him

It was a first date and I can tell you Ive had weirder questions on a first date but dated that same person many times yet the questions got less weird....sometimes we make asses of ourselves (not that I think he did that) by not knowing what to say or ask.

Why would you leave him a voice message like that? You obviously thought he was really nice or you'd not have posted on here at all.......do you think that message was encouraging to him? If somebody left you a message like that (that it was "weird") that you'd want to see them again?

So he asked some out of normal questions....so what? And Leos are very inquisitive (I am one LOL). What's wrong about asking about kids and what you got your daughter for Xmas? and whether you want more children? I cant see anything weird about that at all - its conversation and to tell you the truth, Id rather have questions like that than sit with somebody who says nothing.
