Writing, and writing, and more writing about it. Exorcise those feelings!

This. 100% . But I went one step further recently with the Virgo chick and and narrated those writings in a video on my Facebook that has become my most viewed and commented on videos. The next day, a co-worker came up to me, shook my hand, and said, "My man. Much respect. You got more game than ..." and mentions a co-worker we like to rag on. It was kinda weird -- his sister works with the Virgo chick so I'm thinking the Virgo chick ended up seeing the video by proxy (she has me blocked on FB). All my feelings of hurt, shame, embarrassment, humiliation, anger, and disappointment of the matter was put on record with that video as a means of dignifying it, purging it all out, fully embracing my Aqua Venus, and walking away - not talking to or making any eye contact with her since December 22nd ... and never intending to ever again.

Wow, that's brave 😰 I would never post those writings to Facebook. Maybe somewhere more anonymous, just to have it "out there"
