Can they be?

Are Sagittarius People Hypocritical or Double Standarded

Sagittarius individuals may display double standards due to their desire for personal freedom. They often expect others to respect their boundaries while actively involving themselves in others' affairs. This behavior is linked to their independence and honesty but can sometimes appear hypocritical. Understanding their need for freedom helps clarify their actions and attitudes.

Can Sagittarius folk be hypocritical/have double standards?

e.g. they will take offence at someone getting involved in their business or someone trying to control them. But will happily get involved in someone else’s business and try to control those around them.

Sags aren't typically controlling, we hate that so we like other people to be free.

But everyone is hypocritical at times. I give advice to other people I don't take myself. But I also realize I'm an idiot sometimes and my experience can be helpful to someone else.

I don't think anyone's immune from doing that. I catch myself doing that sometimes and get so annoyed at myself.

I also hate the idea of controlling others because then you sort of have to take responsibility for them (ugh), and nobody got time for that!!

Yes & I've been saying this for the longest.

Just an example that happened today:

One of my husbands employees is a Sag. This dude always preaches about honesty and living your life in truth. So today someone tried to steal from my husband and they ended up in an altercation, police were called and everything. The police asked the sag to give a statement as he witnessed everything and the pos said he didn’t see anything. So much for living in truth.

People assume the best about Sags because of their outgoing nature but they have zero sense of loyalty and will throw you under the bus just because.
