Hi Laurie,
I really missed you (as you already know). When we were looking into Paul immigrating to the U.S. it seem to be that it was going to take along time (could have taken 5 years). But it did say something about visas. I can look for the sites we found and e-mail you them. But the sites might be different for Canada than for England. I know people said it is harder for us to immigrate the the U.S. than other countries.

Hi again. I wanted to let you know a bit more...
I am Laurie in the USA and I began posting here on Duncan Expose' on 4th of July 2001. I titled the message "Relationships", basically I had been struggling in my marriage to a Capricorn male for quite some time. Since then my husband and I have separated...he left and we have filed for divorce. I had made a few friends here on Duncan that have been a great support and encouragement. One of them is Kelly. He lives in England.
We have become quite good friends and now even more. He came to America in September and I went to England in October. We would like to continue our relationship but, there is this huge ocean between us.
I cannot go to England as I have young children here. Kelly 's children are all grown and he has said that he wants to come to America. We started looking into it and it is daunting...the paperwork and the wait...but, we are determined to get together...we love each other very much. So, we would like any help we can get to get the process started.
As I have mentioned before, I have been to the INS web-site and have access to all the laws and forms..but, there is so much...if I had some advice as to how to begin..well, I would appreciate it very much.
