there is so many things that just surfaced in the last 2 days with his very recent ex wife, her family and such that I find myself as if i'm sticking my butt in another woman's bed.
I need to remove myself. I don't think he is over her yet and she and her family have a strong hold on him in ways that makes me uncomfortable.

yeah, it was: I asked, and he got pissed that i'm saying he's a liar, and totally brushed my concerns off like they didn't exist, he also cancelled a trip him and I supposed to start yesterday which would involve hanging out iwth his kids, and possibly his ex, as well as dropping in on his family and his ex mother in law...but just said that the only reason why I didn't come was money, well, - it would cost him $ 300, and me $ 300. not really major dough for either of our pockets...

gawd....ppl.... this thread started over a month ago, things went fine. until just now again. in any case, I'm stepping back, after he decided that it's best he cancel the trip for us both and do his own thing. Frankly I don't care. I'm not about to wait around or wait hand&foot on him, and cater to his whims. I have to worry about my own things here. Like where my life is going, my kids, moving, getting or not getting a new dog, getting a hair cut, running around with errands pertaining to my daily life and not worry about a man who is right now on the other side of this continent.
If he wants to be with me, he will make it happen, but I won't wait around and hold my breath for him or anyone else. No point. Been there, done that.

Do what you do to be happy. That is the most important thing.

I'm happy being me and appreciated. and I don't need material things for it, it's actions and how he is with me. all else doesn't matter. things come and go. it's how a person makes you feel and how you interact that matters and stays. he's just not that into me. and that's ok.
