Scorpio moon honesty

Everyone says Scorpio moons are brutally honest and say what’s on their mind, but they also say that they hide their real feelings and emotions. Which is it? Can you be honest on one hand and secretive on the other? Do you just not talk about your feelings and keep them hidden or do you lie about them?

I'm secretive when it comes to my business plans or my personal life with family.

My honesty comes out when I engage in 5th house activities because that's where my scorpio moon is.

I also have a scorpio mercury and I want my words to matter and have maximum impact. So I only reveal when I have a stage and an audience. Again, 5th house.

Who the fuck ever said this? The last thing a Scorpio moon would say is whats truly on our mind. We already know no one wants to hear it, yet we are always there to hear you help you and get you out of a dark situation. Yet our dark situations are on a whole other level, and in the end no one wants to hear it. So we don't even give you the opportunity to let us down in the first place, thus saying nothing 90% of the time.

I used to be brutally honest with people, they can't handle that truth. Now that's not the same as me putting MY personal stuff out there.

I've been told several times I'm not very vulnerable around people. Oh well, I'm just me.

I'm working on being open with most people bc really what does it matter if I keep everything close to my chest?

I'm more about being me and not feeling bad about it. However, not everyone needs to know my demons. Lol

i'm honest but indirect, always hesitate to reveal my feelings, especially if feeling the other's not interested

They're honest with themselves. They don't pretend to be happy when they're not. Most are introverts so they don't like to share everything to everyone but when they do share it's usually genuine.

I see, but in fairness, having a clear focus on one's own wants and needs, and being honest with oneself are two different things. Its more on point to say Scorpio mooners are more aware of their wants and needs than most people, as opposed to those who don't take the time to get to know themselves. It's not like other people are lying--they're just not working on themselves as much (which granted is bad in its own right).

Maybe it is. I'm not that great with words. What you described is what I meant. I was thinking if you're being honest with yourself you're being your true self. And in order to be that you need to know who you are and what you want first.

Don't mind me, it's just that the wrong words heighten misinformation and people play "telephone" with statements and Scorpio mooners end up with the reputation of being totally honest,as opposed to every other moon sign--especially in a forum where people are coming to learn about astrology. They're not mutually exclusive. I can be very private and secretive (4th House Moon here) and yet brutally honest at times.

If I know my opinion or feelings about a matter would needlessly unsettle a friend or acquaintance, then I choose not to say anything at all. But like I said, not always.

I'd imagine the ones who are more likely to be brutally honest on a regular basis than your average Scorpio Moon are the people who have it in 1st House. They'll let you know where you stand with them by voicing what they think or by remaining silent.
