First, I have to state that I am not a scorpio.. so I may not look at this as deeply as you guys would. It may still be wordy, though, so bear with me.
I think humor and creativity go hand-in-hand. You dont necessarily need to focus on the humor aspect, you can focus on anything creative i.e. write a song, write a poem, write a limerick, build a birdhouse, anything that gets the creative juices going for you. Your poems will probably be so bad when starting out that you're forced to laugh at yourself.
If you cant get into that mode, maybe watch other people do it until you get inspired. Watch comedy specials, watch funny movies, watch Bob Ross paint some happy little trees (if you cant laugh and be inspired with Bob Ross, you're just dead inside).
I also believe the shift in your focus will help pull you out of your rut in other areas - most times when people stop focusing on their problems, their problems have a magical way of disappearing.
That should help your GF as well just from the fact that your sole focus isnt on her anymore (that's fucking pressure for anyone). I think, and I've said it before and got slammed for it, that you have to be a little but selfish and self absorbed to help anyone else. How can honestly help someone when you cant help yourself? You can only help if you yourself have abundance of whatever it is you want to give to someone else, whether its humor, money, health tips, love, you name it, if you dont have it yourself you cant really give it to someone else.
Also, keep in mind, everyone has problems.. even Eddie Murphy has problems. Jim Carey had a mental break down... you're gonna be fine.

I'm normally very sarcastic and can make nearly anyone laugh, but it seems almost impossible to get that back the last couple months. It's like even if I try, I can't come up with anything funny anymore. I keep wanting to cheer up the woman I'm seeing when she's feeling depressed and stressed, but can't even come up with anything to make her laugh anymore. I resort to memes, but hard to find good ones when you actually go looking lol
Is there something I can do to get it back? Or am I just stuck waiting out the storm until I'm in a better place mentally/emotionally?
