Hey there,
Been set back 😢 have to build back my back through physical therapy. Was told can't do it now until I get stronger. Hopefully Pilates reformer will get me back into it in a month or so.

Hope u can get back to it soon 🙂 well wishes for a speedy recovery 🙂
