Is this how all scorpions act when they care?

I just need a little help to see where this Scorpio is at with me. We started seeing each other but I'm leaving the country at the end of the year so we said it would be nothing serious even tho it kinda has turned into something more than just fwb. It was all going great tho he doesn't like the fact I'm a bit of a flirt and he gets jealous so easily. The other day he said we shouldn't spend so much time together because it'll be hard when I leave. I've had to go away this last week for work and he hasn't really contacted me, we have spoken once on the phone and he said that this week has probably been a good thing to have some space and what not. I'm starting to really like this guy, and I'm worried he might be going off me, is this usual behaviour of a Scorpio, do you guys need alone time quite a bit? What's the best way to keep him interested? I'm trying to pursue him to come away with me but to no avail at the minute. Thank everyone

He's ether had a change of heart regarding your "something more than FWB" because you're leaving the country in 6 months or he's simply not feeling this as much as you are anymore because your behaviour doesn't align with how he wants a potential partner to behave (e.g. flirting). Or perhaps it's a combination of both issues that isn't sitting well with him.

Enjoy your trip and talk it out with him in a straightforward and honest manner to see where things stand. You're not going to be able to manipulate your way into his heart Gem. Especially when you don't plan to be around much longer to actually tend to it.

Scorpios disappear all the time. Trust me, I was with one for 5yrs (on and off).

I've noticed that scorpios pull away and disappear when they're feelings are too deep or sometimes they withdraw and don't even realize it, but it's usually to keep their sanity intact !!! BUT THEY MAY DO THAT WHEN ANOTHER WOMAN IS INVOLVED !!!

Don't take it too seriously, but it's better to build better communication so when he wants his space, he can at least warn you.

Also, do NOT go around flirting and making a Scorpio jealous, you might as well ask him to leave you.
