Leo needs help with Scorpio.

I'm a female leo and have recently found myself in a messy situation with a scorpio male. I'll try to keep it as short as I can..but basically i had a scorpio male pursuing me, and i wasn't interested at the time because i didn't know him well and believed he had bad intentions. I ended up dating a friend of his soon after and he started dating some other girl...strangely though we started to get to know eachother and i really fell for him and i believed he strongly liked me back only it became a messy situation so he never did anything about it. we just had this connection on so many levels and even he admitted to that..and he flirted with me like crazy and always said sweet things (basically leading me on). then before he was about to switch jobs i decided to tell him i really liked him and he said 'i know, i'm sorry' to me when i did (which i dont know if it was because he (a. didn't like me or b. couldn't make a move because i'd been with a friend and because he was taken) regardless...right after he told me that he kissed me... then he switched jobs and we lost touch.. it really hurt because i was really confused, i didn't know if he really liked me or cared or if he was messing with me the whole time..but his eyes were so sinciere (i don't know..you guys tell me...)

recently i started seeing this guy who i found out was good friends with him (yeah i know how to pick them...) and i really like him. when he invited me to hang out with his friends though..guess who was there? yeah, scorpio guy.. and it was so awkward (not only because he was with the girlfriend that he cheated on with me) he seemed like he was avoiding my eyes and he sounded bitter and it was weird because i could tell he was jealous...

so help me figure you guys out..seriously? he made me almost sure he liked me, then he said we weren't ment to be, then he kissed me, he turned me down (which believe me does not sit over well with leos) and now he's affected that i'm with someone? i dont get it?

and also what does it mean when you guys are staring intently at someone?
