Scorpio Women? Are we hard to love? Is it hard for (Page 2)

Lol, I am a scorpio female. I am not 21, but my age remains private. But anyways, I love Taurus guys. They seems so charismatic and sexy. You can tell by the next part that I am young but who cares. I love Chris Brown, I feel so close to him, I have met him and all but I feel like I have known him forever. I love everything about him [taurus in general].
I don't know why people think that Scorpios are so hard to love because we arent. And I don't only mean love as in relationship but as in friendship also. I have so many friends with a variety of zodiac signs. I do have one friend who is a Scorpio like myself....I don't think I could have a lasting friendship with her only because she is too much like me. LOL She is almost exactly like me. And I can't stand that!! But relationship wise, I don't think I could date another Scorpio because he would be too much like me too. I have been attracted to alot of Taurus....I'll be so surprised if my current crush isnt a taurus. I like the fact that the Tuarus is affectionate because I am too. i love to hug, kiss, and hold hangs. Lol I know Im young but I am very mature. I love romantic things...except movies. I love romantic songs, I am a very deep, and funny scorpio[like most]. I think alot of people don't want to be friends with Scorpio's because of the fact that what they hear about Scorpio's is sooooo negative. I think all Scorpios are great long lasting lovers, affectionate, deep, funny, charming, and friendly....but treat us wrong and feel the might sting of the Scorpion.
I also have a hard time trusting people for some reason.

I agree that we have our standards. We always want to receive what we give, but some how that never seems to be the case for us. We take relationships very seriously and we dive in head and heart first and fully so we want our partner to not only recognize it but acknowledge it! Also we expect their faithfulness and undying love and devotion in return. I think that is simple. It is so easy for us to do, but it might be harder for others. We see things black and white there are very few grey areas with us. It is or it isn't.

i don't know about others, but i seem to test the person and put him under a microscope before i could fully trust him and give my heart to him. and i cannot be intimate with him unless he has my trust. i watch him, take mental notes of small details. i try to learn everything about him. after he passes the screening, i go all out.

as a scorpio i am an all-or-nothing/black-or-white person, so it's either im into the guy or not. if im not into him, i tell him so he can move on. if im into him, i help him get close to me without making it too easy for him. LOL. i believe that nothing worth keeping comes easy.

IMO, it IS a loss if you don't have a Scorp friend who has your back. I really can't imagine my life without my Scorpios. They are the rare type who, as few people do these days, know what it means to be a true friend. And none of those in my life are drama queens. I hate that crap and have no tolerance for it.

Well not only having a scropio as a friend but anyone as a close friend that you know you can call on. I have never burnt any bridges, with my friends I've had to walked away from some of my friends and take some space so not to end the friendship because I really do care and love them.

But know all my friends know they can count on me and I know that I can count on them, I might not talk to them much but we all know that only a certain amount of time will go by before we are sending an APB on one another. 🙂

My sister is a taurus and she is so stubbord it is crazy. She is mad at me at the present time...and I really don't care, as old as we are her 50 and me 47 she should no certain things about me that I have not changed from. And for her to get mad at me if just plain ridiculas to me.

We were out on Saturday after my bookclub meeting we sent to a cabaret. Well the next day we were to go to another book meembers house and eat crabs. Well I dranked so much, and had a major hang over. She calls me at 10am in the moring talking about we are up. So I say well I am not going I don't want to, mainly because I have a huge hangover and I was not going to get up at 10am talking about we going to someone else house that time of the morning... I needed more rest.

So my sister says fine and then try to make me feel guilty by saying "You know I don't know my way" I was like yes you do you have been there 3 times and another member was going to be there and she can follow her home...I just hung up the phone... so then today one of the members email me an says that my sister did not dog me out but she did say she was mad at me. FOR WHAT!!! not doing what she wants me to do...

So I sent my sister and email and told her that I know she is mad at me and that is fine but I am not like her and I cannot go out and get totally tore up drinking and expect me to get up in the morning I am not like that...I told her because she can do it does not mean that I have to do it and in the future I hope that he tries to understand me more and know that I am not going to be game to do everything even thought I said I might... She never leaves room for people to change their mind. Her girlfriend got mad at because I would not spend the night at my sister's house with them.. Are they serious....I want to go home sleep in my own bed.

I see this said about scorpios all the time on here- anywhere you can read about them actually. I just can't wrap my head around what it really means though. So you have an idea on how it will be going for Taurus, It will be no different than Leo or Scorpio in that aspect. That combo works better when the man is a Taurus and woman Scorpio. I was contemplating a female Taurus not too long ago but I found her way too robotic. She was very silent, stiff and would text only. She really would text everything she had to say. She's a nice person and everything but I didn't proceed.

True it's the same for the leo male/scorp female combo. I have to be moved in some kind of way, can't do without it. She had air placements that made her detached too. I think no one is fully their sun sign, so I don't think that applies to all female Taurus. Maybe one with a bit more fire or water placements would do.

Virgos are not fickle. Virgos are cautious. We're smart, and we see the complexity of things beneath the surface, because we take the time to look there. And, we hate to make mistakes, so we prefer to weigh all the factors before we act. But, I flew fighter jets for over 15 years, and I had to learn to make quick decisions, and to trust my gut -- no time to be fickle in the cockpit at 300 feet AGL and 450 knots!

Don't mistake Virgo word play for the way we really think or feel. Most of our verbal agility is at the surface of who we are...

As for Scorpio certainty: Y'all have great intuition, and it serves you well, but y'all can certainly be wrong. I've said before that I would not have liked Debra in her youth. From a Virgo's perspective, she was rash and impulsive, and made some serious mistakes (like falling for The Weasel). She still has a bit of that tendency in her - to let emotion override her reason in a way that a Virgo rarely (if ever!) will.

But I do agree with you: Among the 3 Earth Guys, Bulls are the alpha males. They rarely have a doubt about anything. Maybe that's why Debra loves her Taurus Brother so much. I admire Bullishness, but honestly, I'm way smarter than any of the Bulls I've met in RL -- so there!

When I say fickle...I mean in real life situations involving people, emotions, sensitivity. In a work situation of course you would react differently. So I am not doubting your ability to think on your feet. The biggest difference between scorps and Virgos is that whilst we hate to make mistakes, we take risks and are fully aware that it may turn out to be a mistake..but we take it anyway..because we need to experience it...and we know we can handle it should it not turn out in our favour..Virgos are petrified of making a mistake..so as a result make some stupid decisions because of this fear. Fear inhibits.

It's not just our intuition that serves us well, it's our fearless and determined nature and the thirst and search for knowledge. It does irritate me highly when others think emotion drives us...it does to some extent..but we aren't ruled by emotion..we are ruled by passion...the astrologers need to get this right..The difference again between virgo and scorpio is Scorpio can admit we can be wrong..we have incredible sense of justice and fairness..if we have made a mistake and someone else proves to us that we have, we will admit it..Virgo can NEVER admit to a mistake..that's their biggest downfall..if you can't admit to a mistake or realise you've even made one..how can you learn and improve as an individual? I can't believe you dropped all that wisdom in one post, it is so very well said MM!!! I wholeheartedly agree with everything. It's always something that keeps bothering me(astrologically speaking), being put as a water sign it's fine, when it comes to how I feel inside but I'm very practical on how I handle my life in general. I have strong emotions but they are very well controlled. So in the end, I don't act emotionally at all. I can't recall ever loosing control. I'm known to be composed(family, friends, co workers ect), I dealt and still deal with people ten times more emotional than I am but astrologically I'm associated to emotions, while Leos, Aries or Taurus aren't. That amazes me. Even the Scorpion species is not a water animal and just like the Scorpion, I walk the earth just as good as any earth sign. I think the astrology needs to further it's studies in that sense. Glad you brought it up though. Very Good!

That hasn't been my experience in RL. One of the Big Things I have in common with my Scorpios is that inability to honestly admit to error. It pains us to own up to a screw-up. I've NEVER heard one of my Scorps say, "Yes, I made a mistake." The admission, like mine, is often very vague or subtle... about the important stuff. At work, it's much easier to say, "Aw shit! I dropped the ball!"

Emotions can at times override our decisions but always bear in mind, our emotions are very controlled...we know exactly when to let them loose and when to maintain composure.

When I refer to emotions, I'm referring to the whole enchilada, including Jealousy, Suspicion, and Vengeance. I've seen Scorpios let any one of those three guide their decision-making in ways that Virgo won't - we're better at compartmentalizing or parsing-out that bullshit before we decide to act. But I will admit, there are times when we should let our feelings guide us, and we don't (and yes, that's an inhibition borne of fear of our own feelings).

I think two things that make Scorpio women hard to love are:

1. Intolerance. Most great relationships last (and Scorps want the long-lasting kind in the end) because someone has to "go with the flow" and "let that one pass". As a Scorp I am more likely to challenge someone, and after a while that gets to be a bloody pain in the ass.

2. Bad temper. I have it! Screaming, moods, impatience, bad language. Okay, granted I am a single mom with a brilliant rebellious Aqua daughter (and thankful for my sweet brilliant Saggie daughter)....but I tend to blow real easily. Not appealing.

Other than that, we are really great people to know.
