Scorpios how would you react if you found out you have a secret admirer?

I've been having secret feelings for a Scorpio guy for a long time. I feel like I have to confess my love for him because I can't take it anymore. I was thinking of telling him my feelings through a letter but not saying who I am. Just say that I'm his secret admirer. I don't want to tell him my feelings in person because I don't even know if he likes me back and l'm starting to think he's impossible for me because I suspect that he likes someone else (but it's not sure). I just can't take it anymore. I want him to know that someone loves him, even if he never knows who that person is. I'm planning on saying something like: "There's a lot of cute guys but you're really the only one I like. I feel hypnotized by you. I don't know how you're doing with your love life, but that doesn't mean others can't have feelings for you".
Scorpio men, what would you do if you received a letter like this? Would you be turned off because the woman who wrote it didn't had the guts to tell you things in person? I don't think professing love is the brightest idea but keep it in reserve. I would honestly and openly pursue that person if your feelings are that strong. I regret not dating a girl in school that told me she liked me because of my own hang ups, so go for it.

I think she should, too, but not only is it a lot to say face to face when you don't know that they reciprocate your feelings, it's also a lot to take in. At least this way, she gets the chance to be completely honest with her feelings and he has a chance to process it.

I'm a crab (Cancer). So as you can imagine, I'm very romantic. hahaha I can become a little crazy sometimes and right now I feel like I'm losing my mind. I've done many crazy things for love and this might be one of them. I'm not that shy when it comes to confessing my love because I'm not scared of showing my emotions but I know for sure that guys like a challenge and that's why confessing in person is risky and I would have to be prepared for the worst. I'm the girl and he's the guy and I've heard guys like to work hard to get the girl they want.
As far as knowing each other, I've known him but we're not very close. We talk once in a blue moon as friends but we don't know each other that well. He's the one that always talks to me so at least his doing his part by being the initiator. I just felt in love with his personality and he's super caring when he talks to me but I don't know if he has secret feelings like me.
