The Scorpio stare explained by a Scorpio man
With the opposite sex (women), it has something sexy to it. It is like ripping their clothes off (and lingerie) with just a look. Of course they have different reactions, some find it scary, some find it wild, sexy, very hot etc... Some scared, flee my stare. Others are hypnotized (literally, standing there frozen, watching me during many seconds). Others blushes very hard. "Why am I naked?" "Of course, I want to be your sex slave!" etc...
Sometimes it can be intense... for us too!
For example, at my job, there was a woman not very far from me, but I didn't talk to her, didn't look at her, I didn't care. After many months, one day, we finally look at each other in the eyes.... Most "intense" eyes moments of my life. Most of the time, women take control of my magnetic eyes. Their eyes tells me "stop it, we're in public!". And I smile.
But this woman didn't want me to stop. My magnetic pull had no end. My eyes telling her "I want to dominate you", hers "dominate me". After taking all of her "layers of energy". There's only the soul left like I told you. At the soul part, most people makes me understand to stop, as they are legitimately scared. But with her, this might sounds crazy, as she was completely "open", I kept the "magnet on" and I felt my soul starting to melt with hers literally, starting to become one.
I freaked out so I stopped. It really felt like jumping off a cliff without a bottom. Very rare intense moment, especially with a complete stranger!
Since then, when we look at each other , both of us feel like we already had sex together haha :-) Is this the secret of sex and love ? Soul-melting ? (short answer : yes it is.)
I think this is why Scorpios are sometimes associated with rape, as we can force upon others the very nature of sex/procreation (soul melting) just by looking at people.
Scorpio men easily feel like the masters of sex with this kind of power. But I don't engage in promiscuous sex. Because we feel like the masters of sex, we feel like we already f***** thousands of women, so one more won't change anything for our ego. Now as Scorpios, we need more, we need sex on another level. The soul melting experience. Can you handle it :-P ? When you realize that you can see and "suck" people souls just by looking at them, it is crazy. Personally, I think it is a power that Scorpios can and should use to do good around them. To see people as they truly are, give them confidence, hope, love and guidance in their lives.

BONUS : Just my 5cents for women trying to "Seduce scorpio men". To be quit honest I've never seen a Scorpio "stare" from a Scorpio Sun. Always see it with Scorpio Risings and Pluto in 1st House people though. And it doesn't even look like an actual, over-exaggerated, creepy stare.. It's almost like a vacant, focused stare. And they don't purposely stare like someone in here said they "focus on the eyes".... They kind of get lost in it and stare at another person or just into space. I can't describe it so here you go:

There is no "Scorpio stare" I stare at people too and there's nothing Scorpio in my chart except Uranus in the 11th. I mostly do it because I think it's funny when people get intimidated by the intensity of someone holding eye contact for what is longer than socially acceptable. I also think eye contact is an extremely powerful tool that not many people utilize.

So I tell the Scorpio I don't find attractive that I'm ready to try something physical just to get my mind off of some things.

He went from meh to smoldering gorgeous - and the uh sex? Incredible. And went on forever. So much so we got dressed and went out to dinner in the middle of it - he turned back into meh - then after dinner we returned to sexy time and he was insanely hot again! And it was all because of that stare!
I'm sticking with scorpios for the rest of this lifetime.

I have my mars comjunct pluto in Scorpio. I know that Scorpio stare and I usually challenge it. I can usually seduce any man that is open. And its crazy because no matter where I go or work place that I work in I ALWAYS attract men or men are attracted to me. I find it funny. Hello, since this is a Scorpion forum I'm really seeking for a help ? My boss is a Scorpion and I'm not sure if he's into me or no ? We usually stare at each other a lot and now a days he avoids staring while I'm talking but he still smiles infact he smiles a lot than usual ? What does this mean ? When I was younger, I was impressed by the effect my stare had, sometimes, on the opposite sex. Very hypnotic. I had never seen this before. I was curious to know if it was all the guys that had this effect on women or just me... Of course, all the time, you see women and girls "wooing" over the good-looking guys. But in these cases, this effect looks very rational. When you see a beautiful thing, and you want it.
But for me this was and still is different. This is not rational. I'm not that good looking, I'm average. Not ugly, but not a model. It is purely in the eyes, how I stare apparently... My eyes are not "beautiful" either, they're just black. So, what is this "effect"?
There are many reactions to my stare. "Very arrogant", "scary", "sexy", "perverse"... Even though it's just my normal stare most of the time. I look like the bad boy that came out of prison. Or like a Roman soldier, only here to fight and conquer. I didn't ask to be like this. I don't try to be like this on purpose. I just am. (so please be understanding non-scorpios!)
Now when I look at a person or talk to her, I look at their eyes. I think it is the window of the soul. I don't need to listen to what you say, or even understand your language, I just look at your eyes, I know exactly what you want to tell me, what you don't want to tell me, what are your deepest dreams, fears and lies.
If there are scientific people here, they probably already know that energy is information and that information is energy. People (or their souls) radiates energy. They radiate information. Their eyes are a mine full of it. They radiates constantly layers of energy, or layers of information.
Lucky scorpios can pick up intuitively these energies or informations. At the bottom, there's only your soul left. It's like the soul is clothed with these layers of energy. The energy you intentionally want to put out there to the world : "I'm this, I'm that" "I'm happy, I'm sad, I'm successful etc..." In a half second, I , and probably other scorpios, can remove these superficial layers to see your soul directly.
