there's a lot of backstory i didn't mention. he really is into her, they have been dating for 5 years, they used to be hot and heavy and he mentions babies and marraige and stuff and they are an integral part of each other's lives. There is definitely some issue and I don't think it's sex related. It's probably a control thing, him controlling himself. Scorpios maybe sexual but also have great self control and can definitely be celibate for longer than all can ever imagine. I doubt that it's something on the side because if it was the case it would show in other aspects of their life together but it could be possible just like everything. Off course with so little information, I can be completely off.

You also stated that she's a Virgo, so it's probably not as big as it seems. She probably doesn't initiate and a Scorpio can be the initiator most time but not "all" the time, Scorpios have a need to feel wanted as well. He probably doesn't feel like initiating at this moment. She probably just standing there analyzing and you and her friends probably know more about her concerns with him than he does, which is a big problem. I'm sure if she was to initiate, he'd rip her clothes off and send her outerpace immediately.

You can't be too afraid of Scorpios motion if you want to get the best of a relationship with them. I believe the Virgo/Scorpio combos works better when the male is Virgo and Female Scorpio, as the Virgo male is less afraid of a Scorpios female's motion than the other way around. Female Virgos tend to back away and retrieve to analyzing a Scorpio behavior, instead addressing and confronting it, in order to get something out of it. Virgo females often go nuts dealing with Scorpios for that reason. Whether the relationship is going well or not. They tend to analyze too much. I think in general Scorpio and Virgo like each other or at least don't have a major problem with each other.
