I'm not hating on any connection. You like who you like regardless of sign. I'm hating on the fact that people think Libra, Virgo, & Scorpio were once the same sign. Virgo and Scorpio are sextile, they should get along as well as most sextiles. But, personality-wise that rumor insinuates Libra is Scorpionic, which they arent, because they would be included in that group. Proximity alone would render them more Scorpionic than Virgo. Something personal. Try combining these 2 ideas and go with your gut.
1. Something related to something he complained about or wishes for that's immaterial. You know something that say I pay attention to you. Etc arranging for a old friend he misses but couldn't get ahold of to visit or contact him.
2. Something useful to him that he didn't realise he could use or needed.
This one is a guy thing. Something useful and practical we will use a lot. It becomes a token/reminder of you. My girls got me a nice mug for coffee years ago. I only use that one. It's black with a ❤️ that has the word love across the heart 🤗

Spend day with him. Give him something handmade. They respect it when someone gives them things made by their hands and devotion. If you both love each other than give something related to both of you, that will remind him of both of you when he sees it. Something thats very close to you and him. I gave my Scorpio mother a selfmade card. They become very haapy, and their happiness is worth to see after all hard work. (Because they don't smile often lol). And letter which pour all your feelings for him, they keep it for a long, long time. Believe me they love when someone expresses their fantasy/desire for them. And overall make him feel wanted like you, desire him(if you're bf-gf)
