you need to be mean and aggressive in todays sosiety people are realizing that women were meant to be in charge, atleast i think it should be that way, most of them know how to think and how to get it and they arent afraid to use their femanine selves to the advantage because us guys are stupid and will always fall for that. then you peeps relize it and we dont.

There are 2 female secretaries here, 5 salesmen, 3 installers (men), 4 whatever handy guys (men), 1 designer (man), and 1 prod. manager (female, me)- I am the only person here that is female & requires a brain at their job. The customers I deal with are mostly male business owners. It is RETARDED how I have to prove my spot here. I am in a man's industry and I am VERY aware of the fact that you must prove you don't need babying and treatment with gloves.

How do you work to the top and be a woman? ...get respect, maybe let me re-phrase.

to get to the top you let them know you dont give a shit about them, be RUTHLESS! you need to think business, go on with the attitude that says you need to be the boss! so go ahead taurusgoddess, you got what it takes to be at the top not show them what you got, it should be no problem for you, your half way there i can feel it

once you get to the top though, always remember your roots and where you came from, this will help you be a likeable boss and then you wont get shot at everytime you have to fire someone
