What advice would you give to your 'Younger" Taurus self?

Ex....

What advice would you give yourself at age sixteen about women?

What type of wisom was obtained in regards to dealing with the opposite sex (Now that you're older)?

What advice would you give to the other taurus males that are making it quite difficult for the women on the board (who are confused about their dating practices).

Wow, tough questions!

What advice would you give to your 'Younger" Taurus self?

For me personally, I'd tell my younger self not to depend on the acceptance or opinions of others to feel important or validated. To have thicker skin and to be prouder of the person I am instead of being so doubtful of my decisions.

What advice would you give yourself at age sixteen about women?

To be careful of blindly committing to someone so quickly, to pace myself and to let my emotions flourish on their own rather than force the issue. Then again, at 16 I wasn't really talking to girls much, so I guess I'd also tell myself to have more confidence.

What type of wisdom was obtained in regards to dealing with the opposite sex (Now that you're older)?

Don't be afraid of telling the truth or expressing how you feel. Transparency is key for both sides, even if it can potentially hurt the other person. It's not worth it to waste each other's time. If you say nothing, the lingering "what if" or regrets will pile up and it isn't worth it.

What advice would you give to the other taurus males that are making it quite difficult for the women on the board (who are confused about their dating practices)?

We are awful at expressing our emotions, but we're also not afraid of open discussion. If a Taurus male is confusing you emotionally, bring it up and communicate with them. We will open up to you, but you need to make the push first.

A Taurus Sun going out of their way to talk to strangers.... at work having a Moon in Capricorn... about potentially personal, and maybe even embarrassing things in spite of a Leo Ascendant!?

Image Not Found

Sounds like a trap, but.... I'm a bit of a masochist at times, so...

When is the last time you ditched work to do something spontaneous, what was the something, and was it worth it to you?
Hahaha, it's a contradiction!

When is the last time you ditched work to do something spontaneous, what was the something, and was it worth it to you?

The last two Fridays, and the Thursday right before last Friday. I didn't ditch work per se, but I left early and gave myself half days on those days. Last Friday I went to a last minute music festival (Panorama) because my friend was performing (he plays for Solange) and he got me VIP passes. So I got to see Frank Ocean and others that night. Totally worth missing work. That Thursday, I left early to spend time with my girl as she was off and it was gorgeous out. I know, not very Capricorn moon at all... though we have a model that we follow at my job. I tell my team, "as long as the work gets done!"

What makes a Taurus man cheat?

What makes him faithful?

Y'all are so different from the female Tauruses ?
Are we really that different from them? Anyway, to answer your questions...

What makes a Taurus man cheat?

Hard to say as I've never cheated? I'd say it's less of a sign thing and more of a maturity thing. Though from what I've seen from my colleagues, the ones who do cheat (which are rare) are just immature womanizers or they're going through their whoring out phases. I think if there's lack of communication, action, sex, and overall excitement generally, that sort of insecurity and lack of passion can entice a Taurus to cheat.

What makes him faithful?

If you get one to commit to you, provide him that sense of security while also not being afraid to openly communicate with him. Keep him on his toes, add some spice to his life. A majority of the time the key to a Taurus guy's heart is keeping him full and sexing him up.

IMO not so "not so Capricorn Moon" I think - I do the same - if the work is done and I need or want some play time I make sure it's worthy and it works - it's rare so it's enjoyable!

I dated a Taurus a few months ago and he wanted to move things so fast, like with trying to get me to move in with him and sex and talking about the future and having kids. It frightened me away he even started saying 'I love you' before we reached our 1 month anniversary. Are y'all all like that?
no, he sounds like a psycho - they come in all signs

I've read most Tauruses are reserved about things like that, I'm a Taurus Asced.and I try to take a slow approach to relationships! Very careful with the use of the L word.

Yeah the fact that he said that so quickly makes me think he's not Taurus dominated. But hey sometimes, people just know when they love someone quicker than others?

do you think you have good intuition?

and do you rely on it when it comes to friends/work/relationships?
do you think you have good intuition?

I'd like to think so. As I've gotten older, I've learned to follow my intuition more and it's been a pretty accurate indicator of things. It's been right for the most part.

and do you rely on it when it comes to friends/work/relationships?

Most definitely, especially now. I observe my surroundings a lot and get a better understanding of people's energies. Based on that, I get a better feel of the intentions of everyone you're involved with whether it be friends, work, or whoever it is I date.

Thanks for answering and take care.

How long does it take you to realize you're in love, and when do you actually first say it?

I realize early on when feelings start to develop. but it takes time till they are strong. I might be also an exception, because I don`t put much stock in feelings. Too many people confuse attraction aka butterflies in the stomach for love. Some love feelings may be caused by neediness. So I need a long time. I will say it, after a long time.

That long time consists of a long analyzing and screening Phase and the potential must ve sticked to me during critical situations. Ihope I didn`t discourage you. Once you have us, we will romanticize you every day. We will treat you like a flower. You get watered everyday (pun intended har har) but also cut if you grow the wrong way, aka become bitchy and emasculating. Thats a reason for an immediate breakup.

what does it take you forgive?

It takes a lot of understanding of the situation, the context of the action, and most importantly, time.

how could someone get your forgiveness and possibly come back into your life?

I'm generally not one to hold grudges, for example: I was once cheated on by my ex gf of 6 years, and til this day we're still in good communication. I got where she was coming from over time (still don't think it justifies her actions), but during that time, I didn't want to lay an eye on her or hear from her for years. I know Taurus who can drop people out of their lives in a heartbeat if someone crosses them the wrong way, but I think the best thing is to allow us some space to gather our thoughts and let off steam. Eventually down the road, if the bond we both shared really mattered, I think we'd be able to forgive but never forget. Gaining that trust back from the Taurus is the hardest part but it can be done, though you're gonna need patience.

How long does it take you to realize you're in love, and when do you actually first say it?

It varies from person to person, but when I know it's there with someone, I tend to wait to intuitively feel out the likelihood that the other person feels the same way before saying it. Obviously don't want to scare off the other person. Timing is everything!

It also depends on the bull. If that bull has a history of failed relationships due to being cheated on and such, be prepared to wait a loooong time before that bull says the L word. Their guards will be way up and they'll be testing you without you even realizing it. If the bull has a history of relationships that just didn't work out or they don't have any history of dating, they could say it quicker.

Sometimes you just know when it's love, and you're just so excited that you can't hold it in anymore. The last time I loved someone, I said it like 1 month in but that was only because my ex at the time said it first and I had already internalized at the time that what I was feeling was very real and strong.

PS: He's coming over for pizza, movie, and meeting my 11 year old (going on 21); no, please don't do the TROLL thing (or ANOTHER troll will come into play and give HER 2cents worth) I don't treetrunk introduce the guys I am treetrunking (or will) to my son. It's a PLATONIC date!!! 😡

Sorry, I know you wouldn't think ill of me like this, but there IS an Aussie Troll that gave her 2cents worth yesterday (I already reported her and I will BLOCK her, too, if she continues to think like a DIRTY Dingo!). Eva calmed down now 😆

Thanks for answering my "Taurus" question Earlorg16
