I already gave personal advice I want to see the astrological side now. Why have you grown to be insecure of love or long lasting relationship? How you need so much attention when you had it great already.?
What in your past had you feel unloved or appreciated by great things, and it was all actions by the way. Not just words.
You had some trauma events in life and royally when you don't feel like it is appreciated you have ill tendencies of relationship jumping which isn't good either.

its not about that. i just fell in love with someone else. :/
When that happened you should have just told ex that. Simple as that.

I sleep more during rough times. It centers my soul and leaves me refreshed and better able to deal with whatever is bothering me. I find consolation in friends and family too. They get me out of myself. And my creative interests, like yoga, art and jewelry design and photography allow me to create an alternate universe if that makes any sense..
Good food, good book, good company, sports/ dance/ scream/ shake. 😄 you know the think about the problems it's the same weight as 0,5l water bottle, it's not heawy, but the longer you hold it, the heavier it get's ,same shit with problems, more you think about them, the bigger they feel but the weight doesn't change, let go, get brains off and get into your body, do something !
